In-house labs work same

You click the submit button on the pop-up to order the labs. This creates a billing procedure for venipuncture if the lab requires blood draw. Then lab-tech double clicks the order(s), enters results, and clicks "Submit to Superbill" once for each order.

In-house labs - procedure submits when adding lab and when adding result

Am I doing it wrongly? I clicked submit when given the option, which was both when I added the in-house lab and when I added the result to the lab.
Result - duplicated procedure codes (Ouch!)

E&M template - modifier "25" was added by the template

My E&M code ended up having a "25" modifier. Is that correct?

MM to EMR interface verifies OK!

I created appts for Dr. Nelson, Dr. Karanja, Dr. Eastmand. Arrived them in MM. Appts show correctly as arrived in the respective provs' Inbox.
